Connective.ru is looking to add a strong developer with system architect experiences for our office in St Petersburg. Successful candidates will have a solid track record in Microsoft based development (at least 3 yrs business practice), and good oral, written and customer communication skills in English. In addition to this, experience from offshore development and .NET development would be a bonus. Connective.ru is a subsidiary to the Swedish IT company Connective AB and is a Certified Partner to Microsoft.

Job Description:
Connective.ru is looking to add a strong developer for permanent employment to its office in St Petersburg. Candidate will work as a developer and system architect in international projects, experience from larger projects, preferably offshore projects.

As a matching candidate You will have good opportunities to grow within a dynamic organization and work with interesting projects in an international environment including possibilities for international assignments on short and medium terms.

Start date of the employment is as soon as possible. The employment will start with a 1-2 month project in Stockholm, Sweden.

Required skills:
The perfect candidate should have the skills set below:

M.Sc. in System Architecture or equal.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

3+ yrs of experience from designing, programming and implementing applications using Microsoft based development tools, the last years preferably in the .NET framework.

2-3 yrs of development experience in C#, VB 6.0, ASP, T-SQL (this involves writing stored procedures, views, triggers and complex queries), XML, VB script and Java script.

1-3 yrs of experience from the technologies/API’s/ SDK’s: COM/COM+, MTS Shared Property Manager, MSXML SDK and CDO Exchange MAPI.


Desired skills
Skills in and practical experience from using RUP, CMM or equivalent methodologies will be of great advantage.

Experiences from C/C++, Java, PHP, MySQL

1-3 yrs of experience from administration and configuration of Internet Information Server 5.0, Windows 2000 Server, SQL Server 2000, Visual SourceSafe 6.0 and Visual Interdev 6.0.

Candidate will be technical manager of projects and teams and be responsible for coordinate project and report to the organization in the Swedish mother company.
