В нефтяную сервисную компанию Baker Hughes требуется специалист поддержки пользователей. Опыт - 3 года, РАЗГОВОРНЫЙ АНГЛИЙСКИЙ. Обязанности стандартные. Парк - около 150 машин.
Параллельно есть еще 1 человек. З\п - от 1500$

Обязанности:
·To expertly diagnose and troubleshoot problems in a customer focussed environment:
-Prioritise and resolve issues identified by customers, other teams and the Solution Centre,
-Work with the IT Services functional teams and other Service Analysts to ensure issue resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
-Update customer on problem status/resolution in accordance with SLA.
-Escalate problems to higher-level team leads as required.
-Monitor the IT service process and workflow to ensure SLAs are met.
·Focus on the customer’s needs for a value added service at a competitive price, whilst making quality service and customer satisfaction a priority.
·Work effectively in a team environment to:
-Ensure teamwork, honesty/openness, continuous improvement and learning prevail.
-Participate in the identification and implementation of the training and knowledge required to enable the team to continually improve and make 1st call resolution a reality.
