OOO Siemens is looking for a Process Management Consultant: higher education; advanced English; PC skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint; ARIS, MS Project; Knowledge of PM methodologies; At least 1 year of experience as a Process Manager/Process Management Consultant

- Analyze, design and structure business processes of the department
- Define Process Management for Siemens Russia according Siemens Process Framework (SPF)
- Support Process Management staff of the business divisions
- Coach and support actively in projects related to Process initiatives
- Support in resource planning
- Drive project reporting
- Support communication with Headquarters and other project participants
- Consult concerning central guidelines and it consequences
- Communicate and present to employees and all levels of management
- Define and analyze areas of standardization and harmonization
- Discuss and commit standardization with heads of Business Units
