Department: IT Technical Infrastructure and Customer Support Manager, Moscow (center)
JOB PURPOSE :Customer Support Analyst is a member of IT Desktop Service Management (DSM) team responsible for PC User technical support, consultancy, installation and maintenance of PC equipment and software, resolving all problems coming from employees in timely and efficient manner
JOB DIMENSIONS
Prim support in Moscow (users/PCs) 180/210
Backup support for regions (users/PCs) 156/140
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: University Degree in the area of Computer sciences or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of overall experience in the IT discipline, preferably in the areas of technical support and customer service.
LANGUAGES SKILLS: Upper-Intermediate and above English language skills.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Basic understanding of work of different business functions (Finance, HR, CA, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and MS Office software
Good knowledge of Dell/HP end user equipment (Desktops, Notebooks, Handhelds, etc.), HP printers, MFP. Basic knowledge in other end user equipment
Basic knowledge of local area network concepts and functionality.
Basic knowledge of WAN concept and functionality is a plus.
Knowledge of HP Service Desk client work is an advantage.
Microsoft Certification as a product specialist is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS is a plus.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.Installation and support of standard user hardware. Troubleshooting user's hardware.
2.Installation, support and user training for standard Microsoft user software and Standard IT application software.
3. Back up and support to Business applications group specialists within delegated authority.
4. Support of users in Russia regional offices. Back up to IT regional support group within delegated authority.
5. Support of special business IT systems on the "advanced level " of expertiseand performing individual projects within the responsibilities defined by the Service level agreements (SLA)
6.Support of Global groups (GSM, DCO and etc.) specialists within delegated authority during project implementation and operational support.
