Requirements:
3 – 5 years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Have advanced engagement and project management skills with the ability to drive the engagement lifecycle.
Have advanced business development and program management skills.
Should possess sound communication skills.

Functions:
Engagement Manager is delivery focused and is responsible for delivering high quality MCS engagements within budget and time.
Engagement Manager will also assist Services Executives (SE) to close Services Sales.
Responsible for client interaction is at senior levels and manages the Microsoft consultants at the project level.
Responsible for all engagement oriented negotiations, specifically scope, fiscal, and scheduling.
Held accountable for customer satisfaction, Partner satisfaction, Services Responsibility Margin, Project Profitability.
