Microsoft R&D center in Dublin, Ireland is looking for the experienced Group Test Manager
Reports to: Group Manager

Group Test Manager in Information worker team responsible for delivering MS range of Office System Client & Server applications in 90+ languages.

Core Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for hiring, managing & motivating a strong team
• Drive the test strategy, planning and execution
• Drive the creation of frameworks/systems to deliver high quality software releases
• Lead the testing methodologies and test process development
• Drive team and process improvements in test tools and test execution
• Collaboration across all teams, all functions to drive product and process improvements
• Responsible for fiscal budget management & resource planning

The successful candidate should have:

• Strong technical skills, 5+ years experience in managing quality or test team in development environment
• Experience in development process globalisation or localisation process and associated test methodologies and tools is a plus
• Strong leadership, team building and people management skills

Annual Salary range offered: 71000 - 95 000 euro
