The MSN.com International Product Development Group in Microsoft Ireland (Dublin) is a fast-moving team responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of complex market specific MSN products. Company is now investing in features that will drive phenomenal progress in Cross-Network Engagement, User-Generated Content, and Entertainment Programming. The network is building SEO/SEM capabilities, Live Gadgets, and new Mobile content in addition to building out stronger and more competitive verticals.

Core job responsibilities:
• Start-up design function within the development team and drive standards in design across other functions (PM, dev & test).
• Design Site structure and flow for MSN International sites and channels.
• Interface development for MSN tools and services, cross device.
• Drives cross network design with Peer development teams to ensure consistency in design practices
• Prototyping business proposals and conceptual products.
• Usability, iterative design, scenario creation and results evaluation.
• Interpreting end user focus groups and feeding back into future product development.
• UI documentation for developers and editorial staff and partners.
• Online Brand Management.

The successful candidate should have following skills:
Required
• At least 6 years product design experience.
• Knowledge of online media technologies.
• Adobe / Macromedia products including Flash
• Windows / Mac OS
• Visio
• Java / DHTML / XML / CSS / Action script
• BA in design related field. i.e. graphic / information / multimedia

Desired
• Understanding of large scale content management systems a bonus
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Interest in growing into a management position

Annual Salary range offered: 63200 - 95000 euro
