Western bank is looking for Support engineer, shift lead

Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00

Responsibilities:

The position is a support role
This person will be responsible for application support of the client's system
Assisting the team in providing daily production business support and issue resolution.
Participation in technical implementations to achieve successful deliveries


Skills / Knowledge Required:

Higher education

Minimum 1 year of development or support enterprise application is desired

1. Communication
Good communication skills
good English

2. Technical
Source code control system (P4, PVCS)
Understanding RDBMS Design (Erwin)
Oracle
Minimum 1 year experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
database optimization techniques

Unix
Good knowledge in sh, networking, protocols

Java
experience developing or supporting J2EE applications
Understanding basics of Java, J2EE, XML, Weblogic, JSP, Hibernate, logging framework
