Qualifications:
Excellent C/C++ programming skills. Knowledge of Windows architecture, experience in programming Win32 applications (Win API, WTL, MFC, STL); protocols: TCP/IP;
technologies: Multithreading/Synchronization, Windows sockets. Talent and passion for UI. Deep understanding of software usability issues. Track record of building user-friendly software. Proven track record building successful consumer applications. Broad experience building UI for Windows platform. Solid understanding of object oriented programming technologies and development environments. Technical English.

Responsibilities:
This senior developer will lead a small team responsible for design and implementation of the desktop application, including user interface framework, application logic, and UI functionality:
Evaluate design and development proposals, identifying and suggesting viable options; Design and implement features; Maintain software written by herself and others; Lead projects and accurately assess project scope and address risks; Participate in the feature/product functional design process; Participate in improving development processes; Contribute towards improving product infrastructure, including usability, reusability, performance and maintainability; Ensure code is high quality; Document designs and code.
