Well-known Western bank opens a position of Java/С++ Team Lead to work at it’s office in Moscow or in London



We are looking for a technical lead with a very good knowledge of Java, a good knowledge of C++ both on UNIX (Linux and Solaris) and Windows platforms and code generation. The right person will also have a very good knowledge of xml, xml beans, data binding technologies from xml to many formats. A good understanding of data modelling is a must and knowledge of FIX, FAST, JSON, Open Source software, C# knowledge will be an advantage.

In his/her role this person:

- Should be able to turn the architectural requirements/designs into technical design proposals and code
- Will coach/develop the junior team members
- Will review the code to ensure quality
- Will have a very good understanding/experience of development process; s/he will make sure that the process is followed, the releases are tested and good quality documentation is produced.

- Will need to be a team player with good people skills
- will report progress/risks/issues on both his and teams work on a timely basis without being asked.
- Should be able to work/deliver according to a plan i.e. work without constant supervision
- Should be self-disciplined
- Should have high standards.



Skills / Knowledge Required:

· XML Technologies 2+ years.

· Java (3+ years).

· C++ (2+ years), C# (working knowledge).

· Source Code administration (preferably through ClearCase)

· Knowledge of testing techniques and technologies.

· Knowledge of Enterprise messaging and middleware, such as Tibco EMS / RV.

· Experience of integration between Java C++ and C# using XML.

· Fluent English
