Architecture Analyst \ Business analyst

Finance group operating across Europe, partnering with retailers to offer custom-made credit and loyalty solutions is looking for Architecture Analyst\ Business analyst.

Main activities:

The successful candidate will perform following functions:

Analysis of current and proposed product and service range for implementation;
Analysis of current and planned for implementation business-processes;
Analysis of applicability of integration and transport program systems (hereinafter – middleware) for organization of communication functional infrastructure;
Analysis of current standards and instruments used for functional, informational and organizational modelling;
Structural analysis of functional requirements to informational systems;
Structural analysis of middleware;
Working out integration informational and functional solutions in a part of current and prospective bank automation systems;
Projection, formalized description (modelling) and keeping company’s system architecture up-to-date:
• Working out functional model of applications,
• Working out integration model of applications,
• Working out dataflow models,
• Working out operational model;
Working out demands to performance of application informational systems interfaces;
Development of standard integration solutions:
• structures and formats of transferred data,
• interface and transport functions,
• data conversion functions,
• routing functions;
Working out requirements specification for middleware implementation and adjustment;
Evaluation of middleware systems functionality and their correspondence to real integration demands;
Making conclusions about issues of integration of new program systems in company’s infrastructure
Monitoring bank technological innovations and trends;
Reporting to: Head of IT

Specific Experience/Knowledge and Education:

University degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science;
At least 3 years prior experience on analytical position in IT in the finance industry;
Fluent English;
Very good project management skills;
Written and verbal communications with peers and customers at all levels;
A self-motivated team player;
Strong organizational skills and very good attention to detail;
Ability to meet deadlines;

MUST be highly expert in:
In analysis of user requirements to automation systems
In system analysis, operational and technological risks
Formalization of functional business requirements
Process modeling and integration
Excellent knowledge of common bank technologies for retail products (loan and credit card) sale and service
Experience in working out formalized functional requirements to information systems and specifications requirements
Good knowledge and experience in testing methods use
Experience in writing user and technical documentation
